DocuWare will forward the contact details of the lead generated through the ILP to the respective Partner from whose ILP the lead was generated. DocuWare Sales will not have access to these leads.

DocuWare will store contact details for administration and analytics purposes.

DocuWare owns and hosts the content on the ILP. If a Partner wants to change something on their ILP, their request should be submitted to showme@docuware.com. DocuWare retains the right to decide which changes can be implemented.

A Partner cannot use the intellectual property on the ILP without prior approval of DocuWare e.g. self-embedding the product tour iFrame without DocuWare’s approval.

The Partner commits to share feedback on a regular basis (at least once per month) about the ILP, lead quality, lead status and the number of won deals where the ILP was involved in some way.

DocuWare does not guarantee uplift in amount of leads just because the ILP is made available.

If either party decides not to continue collaborating on this initiative, they should notify the other party via email one month in advance.

DocuWare reserves the right to revoke this service (provisioning of ILP to the Partner) at any time without prior information if DocuWare notices that the ILP is used for maleficent activities / spam / any other activities that would damage the business and reputation of DocuWare.

DocuWare does not assume any liability for provisioning of the ILP to the Partner. The ILP is provided as it is.

DocuWare reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect its services. We will notify you (for example, by email) at least 14 days before we make changes to these Terms. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use the ILP.
